General description:
LPG series high speed centrifugal spray dryer is a special equipment and is suitable for drying emulsion,
suspending liquid,liquor and so on.
Particularly it has unique advantage for drying polymers and resins;dyestuff and pigment;ceramics,
glass;derust agent;pesticide;carbohydrate,dairy products;detergent and surfactant;fertilizer,
organic compound,inorganic compound and so on.
Principle
Air is turned into hot air through air filter and heater and enters into hot air distributor at the top of dry chamber and then enters into dry chamber spirally and evenly.At the same time liquid of raw
material is sent to centrifugal atomizer at the top of dry chamber pumped by pump through filter.
In which liquid of raw material atomize sting droplets.Air and liquid of raw material flows and
contacts each other fully.The moisture vaporizes rapidly.Liquid of raw material is dried into finished product in a short time.The finished product is discharged through cyclone separator at the bottom of dryer.The wasted air is exhausted through fan.
Features
The drying speed is high when the material liquid is atomized,the surface area of the material will increase greatly.In the hot-air flow,95%-98% of water can be evaporated at a moment.
The time of completing the drying is only several seconds.This is especially suitable for drying the
heat sensitive materials.
It's final products own the good uniformity,flow ability and solubility.And the final products are high in purity and good in quality.
The production procedures are simple and the operation and control are easy.The liquid with
moisture contents of 40-60%(for special materials,the contents might be up to 90%).can be dried
into the powder of particle products once a time.After the drying process,there is no need for
smashing and sorting.So as to reduce the operation procedures in the production and to enhance
the product purity.The product particle diameters,looseness and water contents can be
adjusted through changing the operation condition within a certain range.It is very
convenient to carry out control and management.
Spay drying can be divided into three stages
Atomizing:Through atomizer,feed liquid is dispersed into even fog drop.
Contact of fog drop and hot air:Through hot air distributor,hot air enters into drying tower,fully mixes with fog drop and moves in a certain rule (the contact way can be concurrent flow,adverse current,
mixed flow).
Drying process:Fog drop has big surface area,and appears obvious 'grades' to hot air both in
temperature and humidity,thus strengthen the transmission process of 'plastid caloric ',moisture
of fog drop is evaporated very quickly (within seconds to tens of seconds)
